LOCAL AND GLOBAL MINISTRIES

Local Ministry - Loads of Love

Ministry Description: Loads of Love, changing lives one load at a time. We provide laundry soap and fabric softener to Texas Children’s Hospital’s 16th floor family laundry room. Providing so that it’s less of an expense for those with kids admitted to the hospital. This ministry was birthed out of a personal family experience for the Petrovich family.

Read Rachel’s story: “My daughter Tori had been a patient for her first 292 days of life. We had never used the laundry room. In 2014, she was admitted for 30 days. It was then that Loads of Love was placed in my heart. I didn’t have the money on hand for laundry soap or fabric softener. After the frustration of having to get money, buy soap, use washer that didn’t rinse all the soap out, and dryers that didn’t work. I had to hang clothes to dry in our room. Since Loads of Love the laundry room at TCH has been redone, along with new washers and dryers installed providing families much needed help.”

Global Ministry - Cure International

Ministry Description: Healing the sick and proclaiming the kingdom of God. The children we serve have conditions like clubfoot, bowed legs, cleft lips, untreated burns, and hydrocephalus. Without treatment, they will have little hope for a future. CURE operates in charitable hospitals and programs in 26 countries worldwide where patients experience the life-changing message of God’s love for them, receiving surgical treatment regardless of gender, religion, or ethnicity. This is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your financial support is tax deductible.

Global Ministry - Go To Nations - Shawna Jerch, Missionary

Ministry Description: Shawna is a missionary serving in Thailand on mission to reach the lost, the most unreached, for the forgotten with the Gospel. She graduated from Christ for the Nations Institute and joined Go To Nations in 2015. She is completing a two year apprenticeship in Chiang Rai, Thailand where she serves alongside veteran missionaries and the Asia Mission Outreach Foundation committed to reaching the lost in Southeast Asia.

Global Ministry - Send International - Chiu Family, Missionaries

Ministry Description: Joseph and Kelley Chiu are brand-new SEND appointees, and they are raising funds toward starting our first term in Taiwan. They are on mission to move back to Joseph’s homeland to make Christ known among the Taiwanese. Kelley has kept the verse “Your people shall be my people” in her heart and developed her own love for the people of Taiwan.

Global Ministry - Project Samuel

Ministry Description: Project Samuel is the youth revitalization ministry of Relationships for Christ Ministries, Inc serving “at risk” children around the world with ongoing projects in the nations of Zambia, Africa and Nicaragua, Latin America. Project Samuel also facilitates mission trips for groups.
